About Bad Boys Blue
In 1984, when Bad Boys Blue were formed as a German band, there was already a successful group active in the dance style, called Modern Talking. It was German producer Tony Hendrik and his wife who were trying to pose an alternative to the other band, and so they formed Bad Boys Blue. Along with Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue have influenced later pop groups such as the Backstreet Boys.
