About Belle and Sebastian
After the unexpected success of the first album, issued by Belle and Sebastian, by the time that they were ready to release another, they had already won considerable critical acclaim in the UK. The second album, "If You're Feeling Sinister" spread by word of mouth throughout 1997, even when Belle and Sebastian had to delay an America tour when their recording label Enclave declared bankruptcy.
