About Carpenters
Carpenters is a popular soft rock and pop band that originates from New Haven, Connecticut. A string of hit singles and albums kept the Carpenters on the charts through the early 1970's, including "For All We Know", "Rainy Days and Mondays", and "Superstar" (all from the LP "Carpenters" their best-selling studio album, with sales of well over 4 million US copies) in 1971.
