Chris Rea is a highly-acclaimed musician, singer and songwriter from Middlesbrough, England. The singer's musical style can be described as a combination of blues and rock. Chris Rea began to focus his attention on continental Europe, releasing eight albums in the 1980's. It wasn't until 1985's "Shamrock Diaries" and the songs "Stainsby Girls" and "Josephine" that UK audience began to take notice of him.
