About Etta James
Etta James has been through a long career that spans over 50 years, and several tragedies, and yet she is still around, recording, releasing, even touring. In 1994, at the age of 56, Etta James published an autobiography, Rage to Survive it's title, that exposed her difficulty life, from being born to an unwed 16 year old mother in Los Angeles through her many drug addictions over the years.
