During the end of 1990's Dave Mustaine (The "Megadeth" leader) was closely connected with drug abuse (he began sink deeper and deeper into this one). The result appeared soon: he was arrested for driving under the influence and entered a rehabilitation program. By the end of the 1990, he was not only sober, but he had reconvened the band.
