About Paul Simon
Paul Simon began his musical career already in Forest Hills High School in New York, with his friend Art Garfunkel, performing at school dances as a duo. After college, the two signed with Columbia Records and their first album of folk songs was released later that year in 1964. It was the sound of Silence, by Paul Simon off the album that received most attention and started off a career that lasts to this day.
